except me......I've never played. I have no idea what I'm doing. I got laughed out of my draft, almost. I'm clueless. I felt GREATafter my 1st three picks. I even thought to myself "This is easy!". What a mistake. When I got to work the next day my desk was the hub of talk about the draft. Suggestions, finger pointing and laughter. EVERYONE wanting to take a shot at me. And I'm totally fine with the low blows. I've done all the other fantasy events. Just not baseball. Never had the time to be serious and I know how I get so angry at the people who make a team then half-a$$ it. That's why I always add the loser clause. Last place pays an extra entry fee to the winner. That always makes for real competition.
Soooooo back to where I started. My opinion was that I had a good team. I'm told by the vets of fantasy baseball that my team is a joke. I'm an easy target. I'm dead money. My fatal mistake? I'm not sure. Going for hitters before pitching? Filling my starting field positions hoping to pick up pitchers late? Not picking the best available, but picking who I honestly thought would be successful in 2008? I have no idea. But I got some ideas from everyone else. So here's my line up. I know rules are different in each league as far as pitching and all so I'll list those. Whats your opinion? Where can I improve? What was my mistake?
